Review on Torin Steel Rotating Engine Stand: BIG RED T26801, 360 Degree Head, Foldable Frame, 3/4 Ton, Red - 1,500 lb Capacity by Sonny Nevers

First of all I like the heavy construction. very well made and easy to assemble. Torin makes some really solid stuff! Second, the price really matches the quality! However, after I assembled it, the frame didn't sit squarely on the floor. After a bit of fiddling, I found that the folding arm wasn't welded directly to the bracket that bolts to the arm via the front rollers. I contacted customer service but they didn't have any individual parts for sale so to avoid risking another "bad" forearm I cut it off and welded it back on myself. Until I repaint it I know my stand is square now and will do what I want. I give 3 out of 5 because I really like the design - definitely the best for the price but the manufacturer needs better quality control. not everyone will be able to recover any part of this thing.
