but I don't recommend it for a number of reasons

I wanted this product to work on my Dell laptop but I don't recommend it for a number of reasons. My caveat: the filter works indoors in medium light but is useless outdoors. I was hoping the filter would help, but the screen was less visible from the outside, although glare was reduced. In fact, I couldn't read the screen at all. I wanted to set it up with tabs so I can use the filter as needed. Unfortunately after clearing the screen and placing tabs as indicated; The tabs just didn't hold the screen in place. The bottom tab immediately began to slide along with the filter. The smaller lateral protrusions also began to shift as the filter began to sag. I tried using some small tabs at the bottom thinking that would help but no luck as they all started sliding down. I removed the tabs and scrapped the idea. Then I tried duct tape. Cleaning the screen and applying the tape went smoothly, but the transfer process got dust on the tape so there were no bubbles on the tape. I can't see a way around it at home. The tape was "transparent" but it was noticeable, especially with dust bubbles. Likewise, I would still see the band outlines on the screen. As I mentioned earlier, glare was reduced indoors, but the light reflected off the filter outdoors rendered the screen unusable. This makes this purchase unacceptable for my needs. I suggest that you think carefully about what you need and what you want to take with you before you buy this filter. I would also suggest that tabs don't work unless your screen has a "grip" to maintain the necessary friction to keep them in place. The band holds the screen in place, but the band will be visible on the screen. The only really good news was that neither the tape nor the tabs left any marks or marks on the screen.

Cons
