They're cheap and won't fit on a basic cutting board, but what do you expect? This is exactly what I wanted, something that can be pulled out to chop a lime or a tomato for a personal salad or whatever so I don't have to pull out my giant heavy and difficult to clean wooden cutting board. If I cut up vegetables for frying, I don't use them. If I'm a fourth lemon in a glass of water, that's great. I can't say anything about washing dishes, I always wash all plastic with my hands.
