The product failed after 3-5 hours of use. Gray noise appears on the screen and the display stops responding to commands. I contacted the support team, they replied, so the support works quite well (no longer than a week to wait for an answer to each email :)). After a very long email communication it turned out that the GxEPD driver was not properly hibernating the display. But to be honest, I'm not entirely sure if this is the true cause of the display death. I just can't test it because I don't have another display and definitely won't be ordering a new one. I haven't received a refund. I have requested the correct driver for the ESP32 and will let you know if you provide me with the correct one. So when using it with ESP32 and GxEPD, first solve the "deep sleep" problems by manually invoking the commands from the datasheet. Otherwise your display will die soon. As for the display itself, the picture isn't as sharp as I expected. With a partial refresh (at 2.9 b/w) there are many artifacts at the edges of the refresh rectangle. Sometimes there is a lack of contrast even after a complete update. So the overall quality is pretty low. So if he doesn't die, there are 3-4 stars. And besides, it's dead, if the support had been more helpful (if responding even a little on time) it would have been 2-3 stars.
