front shift cable (shorter) too short
The short cable was too short to run to my front derailleur. I have a gravel bike with a 56cm frame and handlebars. See photo - the end of the cable should go through the pulley and up to my derailleur. It's at least 15cm shorter. I found it frustrating to rip off the tape on the stem, cut through the entire case, replace the rear cable, and then try to replace the front cable only to find this.
