This was very easy to install on my 2000 Ford F250 Super Duty with a factory 7 pin connector. It already had wires under the dash, I connected the 3035-P wire harness on each side and completed the installation in the truck after screwing the mounting bracket into place with the screws provided. The trailer brake didn't light up, so I had to keep looking. I've found a common problem is that these trucks don't come with the fuses and relays needed for the 7 pin connector to work properly. I found I needed to install a 30 amp "max fuse" under the hood. It was fuse number 28, feeding the trailer brake control circuit. Add a #16 fuse (30A maximum) for the trailer charging circuit. Then you need to add two relays. They were in a little black box next to the master cylinder, I took the cover off and there were no relays. I believe it is for the charging circuit and the reverse light circuit. Hope this helps someone.
