Great rods. They twist very easily to expand to the desired size and look amazing. The clips on the ends hold up well. (I have very light curtains hanging from them so I don't know how they handle heavier curtains but I suspect they hold medium weight curtains well). Speaking of size. I see reviews that say they don't fit. Well, you get 7 different size options. If they don't fit, then you haven't measured the space you need and you haven't selected the right poles. Claims also on"feathers". I don't know what you're talking about because you don't even feel "feathers" in them. That's how smooth they are. Yes, they come in a box with Chinese writing. I mean, this is where most of our stuff comes from anyway. It was a bit of a surprise that the packaging didn't say English, but the product does what it says on the tin and looks exactly like the picture above. So yes, it came from China. I am planning to purchase another pack to replace the other two push bars in my apartment. Very happy with it. I live in an old house, the windows are oddly large and I have about 3 different sized windows throughout the house. You are perfect.
