No instructions, difficult to assemble but works great
I installed this on my e-bike by replacing the factory stem. I wanted my handlebars to be higher for easier recreational riding and also so that my son would have a better grip when in the MTB shotgun child seat in front of me. Installation wasn't easy right off the bat, mainly due to the lack of an included instruction manual. Basically I had to take it apart to fit my bike but when all was said and done it was very sturdy and has more height.
