Decent wrench and torque drop to 4 ft-lbs

Previously this has been a great tool. I've used it several times and it gets easier each time. I like the function that registers the maximum torque. So if you are in an awkward position and can't see the gauge you can remove the wrench and see how close you are to the actual torque required and stop or continue tightening. The wrench says it goes from 4 to 99 ft-lbs, and it does, but there's a catch. If you read some of the other reviews you will notice that some say it doesn't go down to 4ft lbs and I actually experienced that when I first took it out of its case. I was very upset and a little surprised that the lowest setting I could get was 10 foot pounds. It seemed like false advertising and I was willing to return the tool BUT I settled on the tool and found that it starts reading at 4 ft lb so you can reduce the torque to 4 ft lb but You just can't set the alarm to such a low level. So I decided that in the case where I have very low torque I can just look at the digital meter. Most wrenches don't go down to 4 foot-pounds, so the lack of an alarm isn't a big deal to me. The Key as a whole is solidly constructed and has a fairly smooth ride. There are larger and smaller wrenches and without being able to test them all I would say it seems worth the money for the quality and range. I really don't know what I could get by buying a more expensive key, this one does the job.
