Many people could like this product. It's fairly light for a steel construction, it folds, the wheels are removable, it fits some groceries (6 bags or so) and I guess your little dog if that's your thing? However, the coupling is rotated 90 degrees when shipped. So this thing builds up with a lot of voltage when you plug it in. Not just a spring, but a piece of nylon or plastic rotates 90 degrees. You can even see this error in the product photo. I had to drill a new set of holes at 90 degrees from the factory holes to get it right. This isn't easy for the average person (I used a drill press and a milling vise). This is a design flaw. It can be used without modification, but it's hard to connect and I'm not sure how long the inside won't break under load. Also, some parts don't fit together exactly, making it difficult to assemble and fold. It's easy to get bored with a drill press because they're close together, but I don't see many people willing to modify a new product to get it right. When that's done, that's a good thing. Also note that even with the cap on, it's not waterproof at all. So if that's a problem, it's not your trailer of choice. What I really like is that the wheels with spring loaded quick releases are easy to remove and store away efficiently. They are also molded from durable plastic so there are no hassles with the needles or their assembly. The overall construction of the traverse also appears solid. There is a Revain part that can replace an incorrectly designed hitch if you don't have the tools to correct the alignment of the holes in the factory part. (It's difficult without a drill). You can see in my photo where I drilled a series of holes and put the screw back in.
