Many people could like this product. It's fairly light for a steel construction, it folds, the wheels are removable, it fits some groceries (6 bags or so) and I guess your little dog if that's your thing? However, the coupling is rotated 90 degrees when shipped. So this thing builds up with a lot of voltage when you plug it in. Not just a spring, but a piece of nylon or plastic rotates 90 degrees.
