I've been making dumplings for over 40 years and I can't believe I fell for this thing at my age! It's just as labor intensive as hand cooking, and it doesn't seal or make large dumplings. If you want bite-sized dumplings and want to play around with all of these steps, then this is for you! Mine didn't seal properly, and if I add flour to the dough as directed to avoid this, you'll end up with chewy dumplings. Mine didn't comply, but everything else was a chore and most of them didn't close properly. Like I said, I've been doing this for over 40 years and it's a piece of junk and a gimmick! I should have known better!
