The water from this jug was the tastiest water I have tasted, the jug looks nice and modern, the filters really raise the pH -value water. So why 3 stars? You cannot get any of these benefits because the filters are 1. so slow that it takes about 30 minutes to filter, 2. are poorly designed and literally "clog" over and over again, and already slow filtering water doesn't filter. The manufacturer even addresses this issue in its packaging, suggesting removing the filter and tapping it on a hard surface a few times to fix the problem. Who wants to fill a pitcher, wait forever until it's even filtered, pour water over it, remove the filter, bang it on the counter, put it back in, refill it and if you can, wait at least halfway through. hour for a glass of water.
