Came in retail packaging and has been charged. I use them to power a chess clock. I could use it once a month for several hours. I've had the watch for almost three years now and the batteries that came with it recently ran out completely. I've only had them for a few months, but so far no defects. To be fair, I rated them five stars. A simple battery can't do much and I suspect it will last long enough. If the battery dies I will come back and change the rating accordingly. ##UPDATE##It's December 4th, 2016, three and a half years later and these batteries are still powering my chess clock. I think I will always buy these batteries!
