I appreciate how well thought out our team is in terms of its values alignment with ours at good up! The fact we've been able to grow together as partners has also made it very easy so far - which makes me feel even better about what they're doing every day!! As always there's room for improvement but nothing major right now since this partnership was just starting off. Nothing specific really; great people who believe deeply & share those beliefs across different functions within an organization (and outside).
