As a hesitant buyer, I was skeptical about purchasing this kitchen tool but I am glad I did... Based on my experience this separator strainer is highly efficient and durable. It perfectly separates liquids FROM solids, and the dishwasher safe feature makes it easy to clean. The long handle design makes it easy to use and store. The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to pour off the separated liquid without spillage..
