Easy to use for both our staff members as well customer service personnel who are handling questions from prospective clients with new accounts opening up - especially when they're in an unfamiliar territory! Customer support is quick at responding; however it can be slow sometimes during peak hours of business (for example early morning or mid-week).
Would like some options added where we could allow multiple users access without having them have their own login account/s--we would need one single logon so everyone working under us had proper permissions set accordingly.- Currently this function does NOT exist within any online platforms available out there today. However I am sure something similar will come by soon enough.-- The software has allowed me better control over what visitors do once entering my office's environment through its' ability to track activity logs which include details such as user IP address etc., time spent.
