Great for postpartum
I bought this to help with healing after a natural birth and I think it really helped. The sitz bath felt great and I think it helped me recover faster. I felt better after a few uses. I bought a second bag after I finished the first one and used it every night until my six week checkup and I was completely healed. It smells great too.
