Well, Tom, you do know that my oven is a Kitchenaid four-burner induction hob that I bought in New York in 2012. There was no installation, we just connected it to the network and installed it. There are no buttons. That's all. When the heating didn't get to the right level, we contacted the official dealer and found out what to do. We removed the rear, pulled out the defective sensor and replaced it with a new one ourselves. The calibration is correct. Since then I've been on the third stove probe. This oven was too expensive to repeat this recurring mistake, don't you think? A kitten is not needed but a puppy would be nice. Sincerely, Pat
