The order arrived intact and appropriately packaged. This cleaner is the best! It doesn't take long to wash a large amount of laundry (I use 1/2 to 3/4 scoop depending on how dirty it is; my husband is a rancher and he cleans HIS clothes!). The best part is that I have had no skin reactions to this cleanser! It may seem expensive, but it probably costs as much as a mid-range laundry detergent per load. I use it with an odor neutralizer to freshen up the smell a bit.
