Read all the reviews before you decide to buy this rice cooker. I've had several rice cookers and this one isn't the best, but it's not the worst either. If you want a very affordable rice cooker then this is a good buy. I looked at a top model that costs over $200 and decided to try this rice cooker because I just want to cook good rice once in a while. As soon as I received the cooker in the mail I cooked a pot of rice and was not disappointed. Condensation from the rice flows into the area under the lid where water can collect. I wish it had a cup to drain into, but for the price I'll soak up any excess water with a paper towel. I also tried the keep warm function, it worked fine, no better, but for the price it's ok. If you want a good bang for the buck rice cooker then this one is for you. If you are picky and want more then pay more.
