It would be great if tech support was fast.
Easy setup. I like the UI more than the Qnap I've used. However, I had an issue with their Surveillance Center app and their tech support is at a crawl. There are days between replies via their online ticketing system. And I'm still no closer to using the Surveillance Center app. I hope it gets better because otherwise I really like NAS. ***EDIT*** One star deducted. If you ever expect to get technical support for this product, forget it. Run far and run fast. I'll find out for myself. For the most part the product is great. I hate companies that don't provide tech support.
