Review on iMerchant by Chris Burns

I like that it's very user friendly when setting up new users or adding additional accounts/users - you can literally just do this within minutes! It also has great reporting capabilities which makes life easier than ever before. Some functions are not so good (such as payment processing). The support team could be better at handling issues quickly rather then taking weeks / months sometimes even longer to get back to us. Make sure your integration partner offers quick response times & excellent customer service otherwise there will always be problems down the line. This was used by our restaurant group where we needed something simple but reliable to keep track of sales data amongst different locations etc.
