Review on 🥧 Silver Fat Daddio's 10 x 1.5 Inch PIE-10 Pie Pan by Robert Smith

I bought one of these pans after reading a review/recommendation of Fat Daddio products on a reputable place - I'm pretty sure it's one of the major newspaper websites . I've always used glass cake pans because I've always had that and my cakes have been random over the years and the article I read went specifically about how and why glass is not recommended for baking cakes. Anyway, I ordered this cake pan and it's great. It's firm but not heavy, and the 10-inch size is a great option for those of us who like big cakes. The surface is ideal for baking. I'm expecting that now as I plan to order more FD Bakeware and in the near future a Fat Daddio tube mold will be added to my collection.
