They are worth a meager price. I have ordered two more and will probably get more for other rooms. We have huge windows that face south-southwest and there is no shade. I wanted the reflective silver backs to be more than just a tint. Nice vinyl material, I wouldn't call it fabric or polyester. White is white-white, which is great because I don't like dirty looking white. They keep you extremely warm. I bought an independent company that charged $220 for each shade. They sent me a sample of their aluminum lined fabric, very pretty but with a degree of openness. I wanted total blackout. In addition, the band at the bottom of the shade is a matte silver-colored tube. Much nicer than glasses that have a flat bridge sewn into the bottom of the pocket.
