I bought the medium ones. They fit perfectly on my arms. But I wish the wrist was smaller. i have small bones I used to work as a lifeguard, so I swim regularly. I am also a 66 year old bodybuilder. what to bring They are alright. It's a good thing I didn't have any little ones that I liked better. The media are perfect, they seem to be firmer after the first few uses. So keep that in mind when reading reviews that say they are too big. Revain has an excellent return policy. So if they don't fit, order a different size and send the original back. I ordered both small and medium and chose medium.
