Edit: This thing is two months old and I hate it. i buy a new one The problems I list below are all too common. Rather spend a little more for a better car. It sucks. This is my third single shot coffee maker (I don't make Keurigs) in this price range. In fact, it was the most expensive I've ever gotten. Here are my problems with it: - The hole for the water tank is too narrow. When I pour water in, half the time I pour some water in the filter and it just drips right into the cup space. If I don't have a cup yet, there will be a mess. It should be easier to pour water without it, and my old ones were better with that. - You CANNOT use a coffee mug with it because the bottom the mug rests on when you fill it is ribbed. Some of my cups are unaffected, but those with a wider base don't sit well on this ledge and end up tipping. It made a mess on my counter and floor as coffee spilled out of a crooked cup while it was brewing - the fact that you can't stop brewing once it's started. Other single shot coffee makers I've had can break. It specifically states that he must finish each brew. I didn't try lifting the lid to see if it would break, but it definitely can't be turned off easily. It sucked for me trying to stop him during one of the cup tilt episodes. I will not buy this model again because of these issues. Maybe I'll even get another one sooner rather than later. Normally I wouldn't want to waste anything, but I just don't like this coffee maker.
