Nice kit but it has flaws, at least on my 15" MacBook Pro (2017). I bought it to connect to a Bose SoundWave radio and it delivers audio. to this AUX input, sounds great! This connection itself, however, happens to lower or raise the volume on my MBP. I've been working on this and trying all the typical things for hardware issues on a Mac. I think there's something in the unit, When I turn it off, I no longer see any unintentional volume changes. Unfortunately, it's not worth sending back. 😕
