I like that it's easy to add your email list, you can use all of their templates so there isn't much customization needed at first and they have a free plan where most companies are charging a lot more than what Tidewater will charge them! We were able to implement this in less time with fewer resources compared to our previous tool which was an outdated version of MailChimp/AWeber. You're given tons of advice from experts who actually know how things work. They provide training sessions on any modules we need help understanding or adding new ones as well. So far everything has been great just wish support would be faster sometimes - but they do try out some changes before implementing too many features. Trying get people back onto my website after being away for years; trying to convert visitors into leads instead of getting emails sent through other services we've used previously (as a marketing agency).
