You get what you pay for.
These are decent chalk pens for the price. Yours aren't perfect, but they do the job. They write fluently and stick (after drying) well. The only problems: - They lick very easily. My hand bled the first time I used it and the cap was filled with white ink. They definitely need to dry for a minute before you can touch them or they will smudge.
