The packaging was smaller than I expected with no styrofoam and instructions for use. The assembly instructions for the product are right on the box, all parts fit snugly in the box so you can easily transport them from outside your home to inside. Assembly was easy and while the product is lightweight, it is strong. I've had a wet Swiffer Jet for years and feel like it got clunky and dirty, refills were expensive and sometimes didn't fit right because they updated the product every few years. Well, it isn't, and this Swiffer is going in the trash. It's light and maneuverable, it comes with three microfiber pads to throw in the wash or spread around different rooms (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom) and you can use any type of cleaning liquid you like. You can even fill it with hot water if you just want to quickly mop hardwood. I found this product to be excellent value for money, durable and very easy to use. This has motivated me to mop every floor in my house and it will be easier for me to do this more often.
