Used twice while playing golf. This is a great range finder for the money. Most of the problems I've found are common to all rangefinders. For example, if the flag is surrounded by clutter and is quite a distance away, it is sometimes difficult to fix it even with prisms on the flagpoles. You can move the viewfinder from side to side, but simply pointing at the flag itself got me hooked right away. I like the fact that it turns off automatically to save battery life. Still works in lean mode for casual golf (not used for league play) and finds it to be a really good true distance indicator so if you're playing a low putt or pitch shot it's really useful.
