DO NOT BUY!: Coffee, Tea & Espresso

ZERO STARS. DO NOT BUY! If it were possible I would give this product zero stars. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY! I bought his product from Revain because their warranty is better than the manufacturers. Glad I did! Will return this product as soon as possible. After doing some research to fix my problem, I realized I made a mistake purchasing this product. Many customers have either posted videos on YouTube or online testimonials of water coming out of the pump instead of building pressure. (Which, if you couldn't tell, SHOULD NOT HAPPEN). If I could give any advice to future buyers it would be to do your own research before you buy and SIMPLY INVEST IN AN ESPRESSO MACHINE. I've spent over 9 hours looking for affordable, efficient, and durable espresso machines. It's worth the time. I recommend checking out what Best Buy has to offer as they offer an extended warranty!

Pros

Easy to use! Put ground coffee in the filter basket with the integrated scoop. Press down slightly to even out the grind. Fill the water tank with hot water. Finally, unlock the plunger from its working position and pump a few times to build up pressure and prepare the perfect espresso with a rich crema.
