Review on OPTP Original McKenzie® Lumbar Support by Antonio Taveras

I was hit from behind by a red light eight years ago and have had back and neck problems ever since (I'm 29 now). After reading Treat Your Back I bought this to try and relieve the tension I feel in my back in the mornings. It definitely helps, but it just doesn't last. I have a small waist but it seems to fit as it should (I ordered XS). I've tried it on my skin, over a loose shirt and over a tight shirt and nothing prevents it from slipping down to the knotted end rendering it useless. However, sometimes I sleep on it untied (leaning against the bed) and it helps. But I sleep on my stomach and have to physically move it as I move from stomach to back and back again. It would be great if it stayed in place - a five star product!
