OPTP Original McKenzie® Lumbar Support Review

My therapist recommended this and it really works for anything that happens to your posture/back while you sleep. We don't really know what poses we fall into, but no matter what pose, using this method will eliminate the wrong position during sleep, allowing you to wake up with no additional problems.

I slept with a loin roll twice before giving it up. I can only describe it as the feeling you get when you have a tiny stone in your shoe. It's not that bad at first, but after a while it hurts and the pain persists even after it's removed. I tried sleeping with him twice before giving up on him. My lower back pain got worse after using it. I'm very disappointed because I really thought it would help with my morning back pain.

I was hit from behind by a red light eight years ago and have had back and neck problems ever since (I'm 29 now). After reading Treat Your Back I bought this to try and relieve the tension I feel in my back in the mornings. It definitely helps, but it just doesn't last. I have a small waist but it seems to fit as it should (I ordered XS). I've tried it on my skin, over a loose shirt and over a tight shirt and nothing prevents it from slipping down to the knotted end rendering it useless…
