So, the real story. I bought two of these knives from Revain on the same day. One was a Henckel and the other was this one, Mad Shark (I consider myself an amateur chef, thank goodness, so I have a lot of knives and other cooking junk). I'm so serious when I say I expected the Henckel to be better, much better as it cost almost twice as much. Both arrive on the same day. I open them and am amazed at how much better a Mad Shark knife is than a Henckel. I even went back to make sure Mad Shark was cheaper because while it's cheaper it's not "cheaper". Look I know I know I know me too I often think all these reviews are rubbish left by someone for someone paid for someone but nobody pays me I said it which is absolutely true Mad Shark is a great knife. Eventually I'll be replacing all of my knives on the magnetic bar that's attached to the side of the old Frigidaire with Mad Sharks.
