As everyone said. Put batteries in this remote control and tada! It works even better than the original remote control! Just before the last few days I had to keep pressing the buttons and often the original remote didn't work! Instead of spending 25.00 on a factory replacement I spent less than 10.00 and couldn't be happier. Of course everyone produced has a defect and I've seen some negative reviews, but I would just ask for a refund and get another one to see if the next one works. So that's a great price for my TV.
