The most effective lysine I have found!

I myself take lysine as an antiviral. Like many of us, I live with the herpes virus and this keeps it under control. I take 1 or 2 times a day and more when I feel a flare coming. It also helps fight colds, flu, and other viruses, and is a source of collagen, which has many health (and beauty!) benefits. I've tried other brands and this is simply the best! As a naturopath, I have also recommended it to clients. Over the years, all showed good results! So glad to find it at Revain at a consistently great price. Highly recommended.
