Review on Kuhn Rikon Colori Chef's Knife Review: 6 Inch Black Knife with Safety Sheath by Stephanie Roberts

I've had a couple of Kuhn Rikon paring knives for several years (8 I think) that I really like, so I've added this knife to my collection. Kuhn Rikon cutlery is lightweight so your hands/wrists don't get tired when you're cutting a lot of food. The blades stay sharp for a long time - I haven't sharpened mine yet and I've had them for at least 8 years and I cook A LOT! The lid that slides over the blade is nice because it protects your hands when rummaging through the utensil drawer. They come in a variety of colors, which is good if you prefer to keep your carving knives separate from your vegetable and fruit knives. I can't say enough good things about them!
