First, as a light selfie stick, it is ok. There are no complaints. But that's all I found it was good to do. Forget trying to use the tripod adapter on anything other than a hard, flat surface. But I had a very different purpose for this pole. I needed to permanently mount my GoPro to an SUV. It fails completely. Moderate vibration loosens the head and joints, the GoPro starts spinning in circles and the pole falls on itself. But worst of all, the adhesive holding the aluminum mount to the carbon fiber stand almost lost my GoPro. Even though it's carbon fiber I would only give it 2 stars for durability.
