Whilst I was aware of these issues right after the purchase (in December), I was holding out hope that they would be addressed in the subsequent ates. My first contact with customer service occurred in February. there they "shrugged me off," telling me I needed to eat the version of the operating system before calling. called back after waiting for the bug to replicate. There was a shift in focus from the device itself to external factors, such as the SIM card or the quality of connectivity. I followed all of the stupid suggestions and started waiting for a call at the appointed hour. Naturally, nobody got back to me. I made an independent call to a new specialist, and after a series of circular explanations (sim card, communication, lunar eclipse, etc.), he requested that I update the firmware on my operating system once more. Time passed, but the flaw remained in all affected systems, and no one had any plans to remedy it. Again, I called support on my own, and this time, the specialist took the reports he needed and stated he would call back in a week because the firmware version was up to current. Holy cow! Yet, I received a return call from them. I got a message last week informing me that a new operating system had been published, and that I should eat, and that I would be called in a week. They finally got in touch with us a week later, saying that the bug engineers had been given strict instructions to download the software and replicate the error within half an hour. The condition seemed impossible at first, given that the glitch is intermittent and occurs only after the phone has been idle for a while. The overall verdict is that customer service doesn't bother investigating even the rarest bugs, preferring instead to "play football" and "dynamite" on you. The irony is that I had already promised to just replace the broken equipment with a functional one.
