Doesn't work as advertised.
Even before I bought it, I knew the instructions would suck, just from experience with Chinese products. As a machinist with over 30 years of experience, unless the components were complete rubbish, I knew the design had the qualities I was looking to sharpen. The quality of the components is pretty good. There are no instructions on how to hold the knife by the clip that holds the blade so the blade stays at the same angle when flipped. So you have to adjust the angle every time you flip it. Or change stones. If everything is fine with it, it will sharpen very well.
