As advertised - not much support
These are minimalist shoes; very little support for a runner. I use it as a sports shoe and I hardly get enough of it. I tried to run but my heels and knees hurt.

- Great sneakers... light and bright
Cons
- I found the front cushioning to be a bit weak...the rear cushioning is fine. I was expecting a little more room for fingers.
