Review on πŸ”Š Devialet Phantom II - 95 dB Powerful Compact Wireless Speaker - Matte Black by Jason Page

Revainrating 1 out of 5

It's not worth it. for portable AV devices

Not worth the price. If you want to buy this, please choose its older brother, which is much better. They produce a very good bass sound, but the mids and highs are missing. I understand why other people are praising it as it is marketed as a BT speaker, they compare it to other BT speakers but at this price point you are in the HiFi zone if not audiophiles and this speaker is definitely too short. I wish these guys built a subwoofer, I would buy them in a flash just for the flash. For now, I'd settle for my KEF LS50 wireless with SVS PB2000 subwoofer. I listened to the KEF LSX during the trial and it's way better than this speaker. I hope this helps someone looking for a good pair (or single) of speakers up to 2K.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other models

Amazing system, I also own the Naim Muso and it does not even compare to the Phantom Reactor !!
