I used these wheels to replace the original wheels in my HF Porta Power case

These wheels were perfect for replacing the cheap molded plastic wheels in my HF Porta Power case. I cut and bend a piece of 16 gauge steel on a press brake to fit the bottom corner of the plastic case. I welded a 1/8" thick steel plate to both ends of the plate and drilled 21/64 holes in it to act as "bearings" for the axle. The plate is attached with twenty 1/8" aluminum rivets attached to the body. The wheels are perfect for the original axle. This is a 10 ton port force and quite heavy with all the attachments. Now that the wheels have been changed I can tow it instead of carrying it.
