I'm not sure if there are multiple sellers shipping these items as it seems many people are turning to flimsy, fragile items that look nothing like the picture. I have ordered many of these for my various rescue rat cages and they all looked exactly like the photo, way better than I could have imagined especially for the price. I'm going to order a few more so we'll see if I get the same quality. All my rats LOVE them! I think I'll try to order some for my chinchillas to see if they like them. The size I received is NOT suitable for a rabbit in case anyone is wondering. However nice and spacious for rats and very comfortable. Love it!
