EXCELLENT ALTERNATOR BATTERY CABLE FOR HEAVY DUTY AUTOGENERATOR

I used this wire to make a 5 foot alternator to battery wire for my 2008 Mustang GT 250amp upgraded alternator. The sheath is easily removed/trimmed to fit the supplied 5/16 wire lugs (rotated slightly to match alternator pole spacing) using the correct 1 pack heat gun crimp tool and the finished wire showed up at the Installation perfect (I used the plastic corrugated protection sheet included in the kit in places of friction). Great set worth every penny!

Copper Terminal Description: Pure copper with tin plating on the outside for corrosion protection (ideal for outdoor and marine applications). The cable lug uses a closed end to protect the cable from the external environment (such as moisture, acid and solvents). The cable lug can be crimped or soldered. Widening of the cylindrical end for easy cable entry into the cable lug.
