The system is easy to use, and the customer service is fantastic. It has helped us as a facility to provide the best care for our patients, and we have not experienced any issues. We have had one minor glitch, but it has been fixed with in a few days. I do not have any dislikes. The system is great for my facility, and it provides us the tools to continue to provide the best care for our patients. We are able to see our patients quickly, and the insurance issues are handled by the company. It is easy to access the benefits you are entitled too, and the customer service is very friendly. There are times where it takes a few days to get approved but other times it happens very quickly. I think that this could be better if they had more features. We decided to use this as a benefit because we saw there were many people who did not have insurance. This was a great help to us all.
