For the price, it's a fun toy for children and teenagers. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old son and he sailed it in the lakes in front of our house and he enjoyed it. The durability of the boat I would say is pretty good since it goes really fast and it's easy to bang on the side of the lake, which is concrete. The battery is a little hard to take out and put in. Overall I recommend it as a fun toy.
