So we ordered this backpack and my daughter and I were obsessed! After a few weeks the zipper broke which seemed odd given the quality of the backpack. I came and wrote a review because I was so disappointed. Shortly thereafter I received a private message from the seller and the backpack was picked up from my home free of charge and a replacement was given very quickly. It was 110% hassle free and very easy. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BACKPACK I EVER BUYED! I'm sure the zipper issue was rare because you can easily see the great quality of this bag. I can't say thank you to this company! My daughter told me that this backpack is her favorite thing at school (haha). I know all her friends and their parents keep praising this bag. I fully recommend this bag and the seller!
